The Salomon Forces Quest 4D GTX 2 High boots are the new model of high cane of the renowned French brand, has Goretex membrane that ensures we keep our foot dry at all times, allowing the sweat vapor generated by the foot out, but prevent water from entering.
Salomon's Contagrip® All Terrain outsole offers reliability on a wide variety of terrains, as well as exceptional durability. It is suitable for all types of surfaces without sacrificing strength, and its lug geometry is designed to meet the requirements of different support zones for maximum versatility.
The midsole features EnergyCell technology and is made of dual density foam, together with Ortholite insoles with great breathability and moisture management make it a very complete and comfortable boot.
Attached to this sole, it also features the Salomon 4D Advanced Chassis structure that reduces fatigue by increasing stability and torsional resistance of the foot strike. The SensiFit lacing system makes the boot perfectly close to the foot for a better feel by "gripping" the foot from the midsole.
The boot in general, as in the entire Forces range, has been specially reinforced and features a reinforced toe cap, Enigma Zero HT2 anti-puncture reinforcements in the sole, inserts in the inner part to enable Fast Rope maneuvers, etc. Each boot has an average weight of about 730 grams.
