The IFAK MD2 first aid kit from the Israeli Agilite brand is designed to carry the maximum number of items in the smallest possible space; to achieve this, materials such as laminated Cordura have been used with laser-cut construction.
The design of this IFAK MD2 is ambidextrous, which allows us to draw it from either side. On the outside, it features a tourniquet holder and space to carry emergency scissors, helping us save space inside.
On the back, it features micro MOLLE attachments that are especially optimized for mounting on first-line belts such as the Magnetix belt. The first aid kit is also compatible with the MOLLE hanger adapter.
The interior of the first aid kit is divided into 4 pockets, allowing us to organize our first aid items perfectly, and it also includes space for pens or markers.
It is optimized to carry: compression bandage, hemostatic gauze, x2 chest seals, latex gloves, CAT-type tourniquet, adhesive tape, thermal blanket, and emergency scissors.
