The Medium IFAK first aid pouch (Sleeve + Insert) from the Polish brand Neptune Spear is designed to carry all the necessary medical equipment in case of emergencies. It has an ambidextrous design that will allow us to take it out from both sides, a feature that can save our lives.
This IFAK consists of two pieces. The outer piece is made of Cordura and on the front it has a velcro area with an interchangeable color cross (gray, red, and black). At the top, it also includes a tourniquet holder and a scissors pouch. The outer sleeve can be anchored both on MOLLE surfaces and on our belt.
The inner bag is folded inside the cover. At the back, it has a small velcro surface that helps secure it inside the sleeve. At the front, there is an elastic loop for carrying another pair of emergency scissors, a marker, etc.
Once extracted, we can access the interior by opening its dust- and waterproof zipper. The interior of the bag includes elastics to distribute and organize all the material we need.
The IFAK has some measurements of 16 cm x 12 cm x 7 cm. It has a compressive elastic on the back that can help secure the load inside in case it does not completely fill the interior space. Medical material not included.
