El ACH High Cut ballistic helmet by Pangolin is designed to provide ballistic and fragmentation protection while maintaining a configuration compatible with modern tactical equipment. Its High Cut shape frees the ear area, making it easier to use hearing protection and communication systems, while the shell made of aramid fiber provides a good balance of protection, weight, and comfort for prolonged periods of use.

The shell has a ballistic rating According to NIJ IIIA 0106.01 and has been tested against ammunition 9x19 mm FMJ RN at 434–438 m/s and .44 MAGNUM at 423,8 m/s. Protection against fragmentation has been assessed in accordance with STANAG 2920, with a V50 of up to 1280 m/sPangolin has ballistic tests carried out in a laboratory in the United States, the results of which can be reviewed in the report available at the end of this description.

Incorporates ARC side rails and NVG front mount, allowing the helmet to be configured according to our needs with headsets, flashlights, night vision systems, counterweights, compatible visors, or other accessories. The front mount is compatible with systems such as LG4 / Rhino Mount, while the side rails provide a modular platform for adding different elements without modifying the shell.

In the interior we find an adjustment system by means of High-strength cable and rear dial, which allows the helmet to be precisely adjusted to the head. The inner padding of memory foam are removable and are designed to provide shock absorption, comfort, and better heat dissipation. The outer surface features a polyurethane coating that helps protect the shell against moisture and liquids.

The helmet is available in three sizes: M for circumferences of 56–59 cm, L for 59–62 cm, and XL for 62–65 cm. The approximate weight is 1.30 kg in size M, 1.35 kg in L, and 1.40 kg in XL. The shell is made of 100% aramid fiber, with harness components in LDPE and nylon buckles.

The helmet is supplied without an outer cover. Incluye los Velcro panels not installed so that we can position them in the place that best suits our setup and accessories.

Warranty: 10 years for the shell, 1 year for the paint, and 1 year for the padding and retention system. The paint warranty does not cover wear resulting from normal use, prolonged use, or the installation of third-party equipment.

Maintenance: clean with water and mild soap. The manufacturer recommends periodically checking the condition of the inner padding and replacing it approximately every 100 days under intensive use conditions.
