IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite First Aid Kit - M-TAC

The IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite from the Ukrainian brand MTAC is designed to be able to anchor it using velcro, to our plate carrier vest or belt first line without the need to use the molle system.

It has a very sleek design in the shape of a "roll" that takes up very little space, thus preventing it from interfering when we sit or travel in a vehicle. It is made from high-quality materials such as zippers. YKK Aquaguard, Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron, ultra-resistant materials.

The design of the IFAK is ambidextrous, we can access the medical material from both sides of the IFAK. The kit is divided into two parts: the outer part that is anchored to the vest, belt, etc., and the inner part where the first aid items are stored.

The inner pocket has elastics to keep all the material securely held and that it does not fall accidentally when we deploy it. On the outside of the cover, we have a cross that we can change color between red, black, or Multicam if we remove the identifier.

It has a size of 26x9cm (10.2" x 3.5"). Medical material NOT included.
