Plate Vest Armatus II - LBX

The Armatus II LBX-4020 A2 Plate Carrier Vest from LBX (London Bridge X), LBT's sister brand, is made of 500D Cordura and designed in conjunction with renowned U.S. instructor Chris Costa of Costa Ludus Consulting.

This plate carrier has as standard on the front with LBX-4020B triple magazine carrier, in order to have three M4 magazines with rubber retention, if we want we can combine any of the front panels of the brand as it has 3/4" buckles on the front.

At the rear is a removable panel, the LBX-4040A, which provides a molle surface to anchor additional accessories. The shoulder pads are low profile and padded, this padding is also removable. The modular mesh rib cage cummerbund side straps are adjustable and are made of a blend of nylon and mesh to form a breathable molle surface.

We have a rescue handle on the back, we also have on the front of a small admin pocket of 11.43 x 14.6 cm (4.5" x 5.75") in which we can store small items such as cards, ID and so on. On the outside of this admin pouch we have a velcro panel of 7.6 x 14.6cm (3" x 5.75") and on the back of 24.13 x 7.6cm (9.5" x 3").

Overall it is a very light plate vest (weighing about 870 grams) with a low profile that is very versatile, it is compatible with the MAP system, LBX system that allows us to exchange panels simply with buckles and Velcro, this makes the change much faster than with traditional molle.

This plate vest is compatible with SAPI/ESAPI shooter cutter plates based on the following sizes:

• Vest size M:
• SAPI plate size S 8.75" x 11.75" single curve and 1" wide.
• SAPI plate size M (recommended option) 9.5" x 12.5" single curve and 3/4" wide. 

• Vest size L:
• SAPI plate size M 9.5" x 12.5" single curve and 3/4 wide. 
• SAPI bale size L (recommended option) 10.125" x 13.25" single curve and 3/4" wide.
