IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite First Aid Kit - M-TAC

The IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite from the Ukrainian brand MTAC is designed to be anchored, by means of Velcro, to our Plate carrier or first line belt without the need to use the molle system.

It has a very thin "roll" design that takes up very little space, thus avoiding interference when sitting or traveling in a vehicle. It is made of top quality materials such as YKK Aquaguard zippers , Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron, ultra resistant materials.

The design of the IFAK is ambidextrous, we can access the medical material from both sides of the IFAK. The first aid kit is divided into two parts: the outer part is anchored to the vest, belt, etc., and the inner part is where the first aid items are stored.

The inner pocket has elastics to keep all the material well gripped and not to fall accidentally when we deploy it. On the outside of the cover we have a cross that we can change color between red, black or multicam if we remove the identifier.

It has a size of 26x9cm (10.2" x 3.5"). Medical material NOT included.
