Ballistic Protection brand polyethylene ballistic plates are manufactured with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, stand alone. These plates resist rifles up to 7.62mm NATO FMJ.

It is tested and complies with the regulations established by the US Institute of Justice, NIJ-0101.06 .

The cover is made of 1000D Nylon , is tear-resistant and has a treatment that makes it resistant to UV rays and water.

Each plate has an approximate weight of 1.5kg, much lighter than ceramic plates, and measures 25.5 x 30.5 cm, 3cm thick. The plates have a small curvature to better adapt to the shape of our body.

The manufacturer recommends that the configuration be: stand alone level IV aluminum front plate with protection against sniper shots and level III polyethylene rear plate.

The most common distribution is: level IV protection plate at the front and level III at the rear.
