Boots AERO-TAC™ Side-Zip Boot 5“ H₂O Mid - First Tactical

The boots AERO-TAC™ H₂O Side-Zip Mid 5" from the American brand First Tactical are waterproof mid-height side-zip boots designed to deliver the comfort of a sneaker with the durability and functionality of a work boot. Their lightweight construction, at just 440g (15.5oz), with a shaft height of 12,7 cm (5") and a YKK® side zip make them quick to put on, while the design follows the natural movement of the foot to perform with agility in any situation.

The upper is made of synthetic mesh with hyper-fused TPU reinforcements that provide an excellent combination of breathability, abrasion resistance, and lightness, while also increasing durability. This H₂O version includes a HydroGuard® waterproof membrane that helps keep feet dry in wet environments while still allowing heat to escape. It also features an AMPD™ compression-molded EVA midsole, designed to absorb impact and reduce fatigue during long days, and the insoles are Ortholite® open-cell, which improve cushioning and comfort.

It has an inner lining with AEGIS® antimicrobial treatment that combats odor-causing bacteria, keeping things fresher during extended wear. At the bottom, the REZ-TRAC™ outsole provides multidirectional traction and stability, exceeding slip-resistance standards EN 20345:2022 and ASTM F3445-21. Its metal-free construction also makes it an interesting option for secure facilities or environments where footwear without metal components is required.
