This MILSPEC USA PVS 14 Standard night vision monocular features a complete housing assembly and MILSPEC USA lenses with enhanced anti-reflective coatings on front and rear lenses.

All intensifier tubes may have some imperfection in the image represented by spots of less than 0.3mm, usually there are only one or two visible imperfections, but these do not affect the vision as they simply blur with the image being viewed.

The FOM (Figure of metric) is a simple way to calculate the performance of a viewfinder, it is easily calculated by multiplying the resolution x the noise of the image we see through the viewfinder. The higher the FOM, the better the quality of vision.

Featuring Auto-Gating, this technology allows the device to automatically adjust the amount of light amplification in real time to adapt to changes in ambient brightness. They are made with WP or white phosphor, which is less tiring to the eyes after prolonged use than the classic GP or green phosphor. The difference between the PVS 14 PRO and the PVS 14 standard is the quality of the housing and the lenses, in this one they are MILSPEC USA and in the standard one they are MILSPEC Israeli.
