CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
Once you have placed an order a confirmation email is sent to you automatically, if you have not received it check your spam or junk mail folder. Inside this email you can see if your order has been shipped and the tracking number.
You will also receive an email when your order is ready with the tracking number and carrier chosen for your shipment.
If you still do not see the confirmation email, please contact us via email at [email protected] indicating your problem, the name and phone number you used to place the order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If your order is sent by Correos, the letter carrier must leave you a notice of arrival and put the order in delivery the next day. If you are absent twice, he will leave your order at the post office closest to your home.
If your order is shipped with GLS the delivery person will usually call you when you are not at home to arrange a new delivery or offer a delivery solution to a neighbor or pick-up point.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DEADLINES FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a size change or return of your order.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD: From November 15th we extend the deadline for returns and exchanges until January 15th.

RETURN EXPENSES
The amount of the refunds is as shown below, the return costs will be deducted from the corresponding refund.

SIZE CHANGES
You have a FREE size change for our clothing, footwear and uniforms items, returns are not free, you can see the return costs and more information here.
For shipments from Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the costs of size change will be shared: SERMILITAR will pay the cost of return to our warehouses and the customer will pay the new shipment to his address.

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS
At sermilitar we have Sequra's installment payment service that offers payment in 3 interest-free installments, 30, 60 and 90 days after purchase. You can also finance your purchase in up to 24 months, depending on the amount of the purchase.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
At the moment, we do not offer cash on delivery on our website.
