The BuddyStrap rescue harness from the Israeli brand Agilite is a device developed in conjunction with SOF operators and that allows us to transport an injured person in a "comfortable" way while keeping your hands free .
Although it was initially developed with an eminently military purpose, it also has applications in the civil world , for example to transport injured people in the mountains, people with reduced mobility, etc.
It includes a kit to anchor it to our plate carrier vest , although we can use it without any additional accessories . It includes padded shoulder pads to reduce the pressure of the straps on our shoulders.
It is a one-size-fits-all harness, it has dimensions (collected) of only 9.9 x 25.4 x 8.9cm (3.9"x10"x3.5"), we can store it in any backpack without problem, we can also attach it to our plate carrier vest using MOLLE anchorage .
The Buddystrap is made of 500D Cordura, buckles and MILSPEC plastic so durability is more than assured. It weighs about 588 grams.
