The plastic shackles of the German brand MILTEC are made of 100% nylon, 34 cm long on each side, i.e. 64 cm in total and 1 cm thick.
Thanks to their length, they are single-use shackles that can be used to handcuff an individual's feet or hands. Once tightened we will have to cut them to be able to release the handcuffed person.
