The multi-curve training plates from the Polish brand Templars Gear are ballistic dummy plates that are made of high density rubber and polyurethane. It has a metal core so that it does not deform easily.
These plates are SAPI 10'x12' cut(Size M), can be used in most plate carriers on the market, weigh approximately 2.5kg each and are a perfect complement to our workouts.
