How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All shipments will be made by the carriers Correos, MRW and GLS. You will receive an email with the tracking number when we ship your order. You have 48 hours to report any issues related to the receipt of the order: missing items, incorrect items, etc.

If for any reason the order is delayed, we will contact you to inform you.

Once the order is placed, no changes to the shipping address are allowed unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be itemized in your purchase summary. Costs will be calculated depending on the destination and will therefore be:

What happens if I am not at the address I provided when the courier tries to deliver the order?

For standard shipping with Correos, after two delivery attempts, the order will be left at a pickup point near your home, and you will receive an email notifying you. After the pickup period, the shipment is returned to our warehouse and we will refund you the amount minus the return shipping costs.

For express shipping, after your absence, you will receive an email notifying you of the delivery time, and the carrier must call you by phone to try to locate you. They will attempt another delivery on the next business day.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 5 business days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us at info@sermilitar.store.

Pre-order shipments.

Pre-order product shipments take approximately 15-20 days to be sent. Shipping is done via Correos or GLS. When the shipment is made, you will be notified by email containing the tracking number.

Shipping costs (both delivery and return) will only be refunded when SERMILITAR is responsible for the reason for the product return (wrong product sent, product in poor condition, etc.).
