IFAK medium first aid kit - Neptune Spear

The Medium IFAK (Sleeve + Insert) first aid kit from the Polish brand Neptune Spear is designed to carry all the necessary medical equipment in case of emergencies. It has an ambidextrous design that will allow us to take it out from both sides, a feature that can save our lives.

This IFAK is composed of two pieces, the outer piece is made of Cordura and on the front it has a Velcro area with an interchangeable color cross (gray, red and black), also on the top includes a lanyard holder and a holster for scissors. This holster can be attached to molle surfaces as well as to our belt.

The inner bag is folded inside the holster, in the back it has a small Velcro surface that helps to fix it inside the holster. On the front side there is an elastic band that can be used to store another emergency scissors, marker pen, etc.

Once removed we can access the interior by opening the zipper dustproof and waterproof which has, the inside of the bag includes elastic to distribute and sort all the material we need.

The IFAK has a measures of 16 cm x 12 cm x 7 cmThe back elastic compression band can help to secure the interior load in case it does not completely fill the interior hole. Medical material not included.
