It was invented by Kubota Takayuki, a great martial arts master from Japan. Its concept is simple: you can make piercing blows on the attacker's vulnerable points with it. The same concept is embodied in the tactical pen. The aircraft-quality anodized aluminum ballpoint pen measures 15.7 cm in length. It has a knurled surface for a firmer grip.
