The Source 3-liter (100 oz) Ultimate MC hydration reservoir combines a low-profile design with technologies that make it easy to use and maintain. Developed to integrate with U.S. Marine Corps FILBE gear, it features an XL fill handle for easy handling.

The reservoir is made from a multilayer polyethylene film featuring Taste-Free™ technology, which preserves the taste of water without imparting a plastic flavor and is free of BPA and phthalates. Its specially smooth Glass-Like™ inner surface helps reduce biofilm buildup. This technology is combined with Grunge Guard™, a treatment that inhibits bacterial growth on the surfaces of the reservoir and tube.

The wide-opening Widepac™ slide closure makes filling, adding ice, cleaning, and emptying easy while providing a leakproof seal. It also features a large, low-profile NC fill cap that can be operated with one hand, fits the fill opening on FILBE gear, and is compatible with commonly used personal filtration systems.

The 94 cm hydration tube has a Cool Weave cover that provides insulation and blocks ultraviolet light, helping keep water cool. The Dirt Shield protects the bite valve from dirt. The system is compatible with Helix bite valves and Storm push-pull valves.

Thanks to the Care-Free concept, maintenance is simple: when used exclusively with water, just rinse the system and leave it fully open to dry.
