The inner belt Pant Belt 2 from the Polish brand Neptune Spears is made with a 45 mm webbing core, just like most duty belts, and a 40 mm Velcro exterior.
The exterior uses female (soft) Velcro, which allows it to attach to outer belts with male (hard) Velcro. It features a polymer buckle for a comfortable and secure fit. It is stiffer than the Pant Belt 1 and also narrower, since the Pant Belt 1 has a width of 50 mm.
