The IFAK first aid kit from the German brand MILTEC contains 25 items (including the IFAK). These are manufactured in Germany by the brand Leina-Werke. The cover is made of polyester with a polyurethane coating to make it more water-resistant.
It has a practical and simple design. On the outside it has a small MOLLE panel on the front to which we can attach a small accessory like a tourniquet holder. On the top it has a small velcro area for an identification patch.
We can access the inner compartment with one hand by pulling firmly on the upper red handle. Inside we find several elastic strips and a small pocket to better distribute the contents.
It has some dimensions of 16 x 7 x 21.5 cm and a weight of only 470 g. The contents of the kit include:
- Emergency blanket 160 x 210 cm
- Triangular bandage 136 x 96 x 96 cm
- Emergency scissors
- Medical adhesive tape, 5 m x 2.5 cm
- Dressing kit: 4 dressings of 10 x 6 cm, 2 fingertip dressings, 2 finger dressings of 12 x 2 cm, 2 adhesive plasters of 1.9 x 7.2 cm, 4 adhesive plasters of 2.5 x 7.2 cm.
