While both cameras offer professional 2K recording and military-grade durability, the DrivePro Body 40 introduces key improvements over the Body 30: it includes electronic image stabilization, GPS/GLONASS for geolocation, a latest-generation Sony sensor (STARVIS 2™) for better low-light quality, IP68 protection (higher than the Body 30’s IP67), and 128 GB internal memory. On the downside, battery life is slightly reduced to 11 hours compared to the Body 30’s 12 hours.
